Cholestrol-free Bread

1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm soy milk (I nuke it for one minute)
3 cups bread flour (or substitute as much as 1 cup with whole grain flours)*
1/4 oatmeal (optional)
2 Tbsp wheat germ (optional)
1.5 tsp dry active yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine in order given.
Makes a 1 pound loaf
Bake on "whole wheat" setting when available.

This makes a fairly dense bread that is excellent for dipping in oil or using for toast or bruschetta.

*I like to use:
1/2 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
