Oven Fried Potatoes
Peel potatoes if desired, then cut into lengths about 1/2" thick; small potatoes can be quartered.Coat with olive oil and place in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake in 400F degree oven for twenty minutes, stir to toss, and bake for another 10 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
